A renovation project with cleanliness and a refreshing ambience as the goal in mind.
This once dim and dated condominium unit was renovated and designed to meet the client's wants and needs - clean lines, light colors to emphasize his varied art collection, and an entertainment area for visitors. Most of the built-in furniture pieces were also integrated with the overall look of the space and the client's wishes. Upon entering the unit, one is enveloped with natural light entering the space, and the white walls and mirrored walls that make the overall unit look more spacious than it really is. With the removal of swing type doors, the form of egress has been replaced with sliding doors - to act not only as entryways, but also as partition walls.
